this Online Manuscript Submission, Review and Tracking System
very straightforward, secure, efficient, and user friendly.
To keep the review time as short as possible, we encourage authors
to submit manuscripts via online submission system to the journal's
editorial office. To make your start even easier, please find
below a few instructions:
New User: For submission of a manuscript to
any Science Alert Journal (http://scialert.net/journals.php)
you need a user ID and Password at Science Alert Online Manuscript
Submission, Review and Tracking System (http://scialert.com).
To create a new account, please click here
or go to http://scialert.com/register.php
and enter the requested information. Upon successful registration
you will be sent an e-mail with Username and Password Information.
Note: When you have received an e-mail from
us with an assigned username and password, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN.
Existing Authors: Please click the 'Login'
button and log in to the system. Then submit your manuscript
and track its progress through the system. A wide range of submission
file formats is supported, including: Word, WordPerfect, RTF,
TXT, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, EPS, Excel, Tar, Zip and Power Point.
PDF is not an acceptable file format.
Returning Authors: Please use the provided username
and password and log in to track your manuscript or to submit
a NEW manuscript (Do not register again as you will then be
unable to track your manuscript).
Reviewers: At Science Alert you can manage
your Authors and Reviewers Account
with one username and password. So please don’t
create a separate account for Reviewer. Please use
the same username and password for log in to your account to
review the assigned articles. After log in to your account Author’s
Homepage will appear and you will find a link “Reviewer’s
Home page” just after the link of “Author’s
Homepage” to review the assigned manuscripts. Reviewer’s
Home Page will enable you to view and/or download manuscripts
assigned to you for review, submit your comments for the editors
and the authors, and track the progress of your manuscripts
through the system.
Note: Please click the 'Accept'
or 'Decline' button as soon as possible after
receipt of the e-mail asking you to review a manuscript.
Change your password: Log in to the system
and click the 'Change Password' from Preferences
and Settings and follow the directions.
Forget your password? If you have forgotten
your password, click the 'Forget
Your Password?' and follow the directions. Do
you wish to change your username? Simply send a request
via e-mail (support@scialert.com)
with old and new e-mail addresses.
NOTE: In case you encounter any difficulties
while submitting your NEW or REVISED manuscript via online
