ABSTRACT
This study introduced a serial communication method between PC and lower computer. PC was used to process the image in self-developed laser micro machining system. The data information was setting value of machining track after image processing. Data information, different command flag, start text (STX) and end text (ETX) composed command frame. We detailed the frame structure in different machining method. Use checksum to check the transmission content. Resend data according to feedback frame improving the reliability of communication.
