ABSTRACT
In this study, we integrated schedule the port operations based on the overall ideology to achieve the global optimization of the port operation. Firstly, determine the integration strategy of the dry bulk cargo port handling system by analyzing the work flow and integration principle; secondly, the integration scheduling model of this system is developed; finally, a genetic algorithm is described which is applied to solve a spectrum of numerical examples in order to illustrate the model.
