ABSTRACT
The implementation and strategy are old topics in the management field, which become more and more important in modern time. Firstly, the thesis analyses the conception of execution and the research development on it by collecting a large amount of document. Moreover study on the relationship between the concept of executive force and strategy. Furthermore, the thesis also analyses the development trend of the execution in the environment of innovation.
