ABSTRACT
The social economy in high gear and the rapid development of information technology, logistics and distribution requirements of the region continues to increase. Logistics management and optimization highlights its importance, the high share of logistics costs calls for the research of the optimization of the transport. Based on the latter study for the vehicle scheduling and route choice of the distribution centre, with customer demand, vehicle condition, road traffic and other factors, the paper does its research works and its actual distribution for the vehicle routing maybe used in very important significance. In the vehicle routing problem, we take the phase change occurred in the time windows into account, appropriate TABU search algorithm is designed to solve this problems.
