  The study considers the problem of geometrization of physical-mechanical properties of rocks of the coal strata. The solution of the inverse problem of diagnostics of a condition of the geophysical parameters of the geological space is considered. The approach is proposed for determining the parameters of the regression equation of physical and mechanical properties on the geophysical parameters defined in the exploratory wells. Optimization of parameters of mathematical models is based on the solution of the inverse problem of diagnostics of a condition of the geophysical parameters by the method of full-scale modeling of the experiment. The regularization criterion takes into account the principles of self-organization of mathematical models of complex systems. Identification of the parameters of the regression equation carried out on the basis of algorithm with successive selection of trends (the method of group accounting of arguments).

  The study is proposed of the method for optimal design electromagnets of high-precision systems for positioning objects in a horizontal plane, based on the solving conditionally-correct inverse problems and the transformation of constraints on the tractive force, flux density in the gap of the electromagnet of high-precision system and temperature of the coil in the criteria (objective functions). Minimization of these objective functions is performed by gradient descent numerically. In this case is solved sequence of the direct tasks of calculation of magnetic and heat fields. The fourth criterion is the mass of the electromagnet. Minimizing mass is performed analytically. Objective functions are ranked by importance. Method is a modification of the method for solving multicriteria problems the method of lexicographic ordering. Modification takes into account the features of the designed object; each objective function depends on a limited number of parameters of the object. The formula for calculating the optimal parameters are given. The study shows the results of experimental research. The proposed method is more effective than the known methods for example, the method of the main criterion and the method of penalty functions. The method is highly efficient and can be used in optimal design of a variety of electrotechnical devices.

  The study shows the necessity and features of the design of distributed information-measuring systems of precision multifunctional measuring complexes. The use of the ethernet family standard is the basic technical solution for building the information level. The formulation of a mathematical model of the structure optimization of a distributed information-measuring system which is reduced to a modified clustering problem is presented. It is proposed to use an approach based on a genetic algorithm to solve the problem. The research of the algorithm is performed by analyzing the modifications of the classical algorithm based on the variable mutation, under which the mutation probability varies depending on the needs of the algorithm. Results of numerical experiments showing the advantage of the proposed formulation of the problem for constructing the architecture of a distributed information-measuring system are presented.

  The publication is devoted to the development of an ontological model of tools for intelligent modeling and synthesis of the trajectories of technological processes in electric power networks. Development includes two levels of modeling: the level of metaontology and the level of applied ontologies. At the upper level, the structure of the upper level is proposed and described. At the level of applied ontologies, the ontology of the “digital substation-distribution network” system and the structure for the ontology of tasks are detailed. The first is implemented and presented in the Protégé framework environment. The second is presented descriptively by the example of the task of minimizing energy losses at the level of a transformer substation with an illustration of a functional diagram of the technological chain of its solution. The findings of the work reflect the potential of using the proposed solution to prepare an integrated knowledge management system in the subject area.

  Load in the utility network is predominantly non-linear and generating the highest harmonic components of current in the electrical power network, increases in the overall structure of electricity consumption. The results of experimental measurements and calculations for a number of household consumers as well as information from literature sources noted in the article indicate that the operation of modern appliances in electrical power networks generates sufficiently large currents of higher harmonic components of 3, 5, 7 and 9 orders of magnitude. The main share of emission of the current harmonic components in the city electrical power system networks is made by recreational and household appliances (computers, laptops, printers, TVs, etc.). Continuous growth of the specified capacity of nonlinear asymmetric and sharply variable loads in the electric power networks is not followed by timely implementation of solutions aimed to improve the quality of electrical energy, so, in recent years, the task of improving the quality of electricity associated with reducing the impact of higher harmonic components on the operation of electrical equipment is becoming more and more urgent and important. The listed measures and technical means of influence reduction of the higher harmonic components are considered in the article in details.
