ABSTRACT
Use Gini coefficient and the theory of queuing as well as other relevant theories to assess and analyze the state of large-scale medical equipment allocation in medical institutions and apply Delphi Method and FUNNY Weight Distribution Method into the identification of each indexs weight, finding the primary factors and taking medical institution profits as planning goal, limited by fairness, objectivity and equipment service efficiency, finally establish the mathematical model. Offer the scientific and reasonable solution on large-scale medical equipment allocation for medical institutions.
