ABSTRACT
This study used a model based on stock daily trading data to calculate implicit transaction costs, did a research from the perspective of the stock price informativeness which impact implicit transaction costs. Found that the impact of stock price informativeness on implicit transaction cost vary with itself. The relation between stock price informativeness and implicit transaction cost is nonlinear, when the stock price informativeness was smaller, it had a positive effect on implicit transaction cost and when the stock price imformativeness was high, it has a negative effect.
