ABSTRACT
In this study, by using the property of positive definite matrix and the matlab optimization toolbox function fmincon, a MINC method is proposed. Compared with LMI, the MINC method is of simple form, convenient for calculation and reliable precision. And base on the MINC method, a new design scheme for the reliable controller is proposed to guarantee almost surely exponential stability for stochastic switched systems with actuator failures and the dwell time approach is utilized for the stability analysis by using the trace of matrix only. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the potential and effectiveness of the MINC method.
